2. The general calculation power is mainly based on one method, and is checked and corrected by another method or two methods. After the power is determined, the power distribution is performed according to the partition condition of the resistance furnace, the form of the heating element is selected, the materials are selected, and the parameters are calculated, including the cold resistance, the power supply voltage, the wire diameter, and the length.
3. The material selection of the box furnace should consider the oxidation resistance, high temperature resistance, carburization resistance, processability and surface load of the material. The strip heating element is subjected to a surface load that is a little larger than the filament heating element and can be increased by up to 50 c/o.
